2. Enrollment & Enquiries
Submitting an online enrollment form or enquiry does not guarantee a seat. Every enrollment is confirmed only after the institute verifies the details and documents provided and the applicable fees are paid. You must give true, complete and up-to-date information. The institute may cancel an enrollment that was made using false or misleading information.
3. Fees & Payments
Course fees, installments and due dates are as communicated by the institute at the time of enrollment. Payments made online are processed by secure, authorised payment partners, and a receipt is issued for every payment. Late payment may attract a fine as per institute rules, and portal access may be restricted while fees remain unpaid. Refunds, if any, follow the institute's refund policy shared at enrollment.
4. Accounts & Login
Login details for the portal and app are issued by the institute to students, parents and staff. Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell the institute immediately if you believe your account has been misused.
5. Acceptable Use
Use the website and portal only for genuine academic and administrative purposes. Do not try to access other people's data, upload harmful or offensive content, copy study material for sale or distribution, or disrupt the service. The institute may suspend access for any misuse.
6. Content & Information
Notices, timetables, results, courses and batches and other details on this website are shared in good faith and may change without prior notice. In case of any difference, the records maintained by the institute office are final. Study material, logos, photos and other content belong to Techzen Institute Of Technology and may not be reused without permission.
7. Service Availability
The website and portal are run on the EzSchools platform. We try to keep them available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and Techzen Institute Of Technology is not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime, network issues or events beyond its control.
8. Changes & Governing Law
The institute may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the institute is located.
