We collect the details needed to run the institute: student name, date of birth, photo, class or batch, parent or guardian names, phone numbers, email and address, and documents submitted at enrollment. While a student studies with us, we also record attendance, course fees and payments, test and exam results, homework, and messages exchanged with the institute. Basic technical data such as device type and login time may be recorded to keep accounts secure.
3. How We Use It
Information is used only for academic and administrative work: managing enrollment, courses and batches, attendance, fees and results; issuing receipts, report cards and certificates; and sharing notices, reminders and progress updates with parents by SMS, WhatsApp, email or app notification. We do not use your information for advertising.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. It is shared only with trusted service providers who help us run our services — such as the EzSchools platform, payment gateways and messaging providers — and only for that purpose. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or by a government or education authority.
5. Data Security
Data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections. Each person can see only what their role allows: a parent sees only their own child's records, and staff access is limited by permissions. Even so, no online system is completely risk-free, so please keep your login details private.
6. Children's Privacy
Many of our students are minors. Their information is collected from, and with the consent of, their parents or guardians, and is used only for their education and welfare. Student photos or achievements are published on this website only with consent.
7. Retention & Your Rights
Records are kept for as long as needed for academic, legal and accounting purposes. Parents and students may ask to see or correct their information, or withdraw consent for optional uses, by contacting the institute office, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
