These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits the DN Singh Children's Academy website or uses its online services, including the student and parent portal and mobile app. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the online services.
2. Admission & Enquiries
Submitting an online admission form or enquiry does not guarantee a seat. Every admission is confirmed only after the school verifies the details and documents provided and the applicable fees are paid. You must give true, complete and up-to-date information. The school may cancel an admission that was made using false or misleading information.
3. Fees & Payments
School fees, installments and due dates are as communicated by the school at the time of admission. Payments made online are processed by secure, authorised payment partners, and a receipt is issued for every payment. Late payment may attract a fine as per school rules, and portal access may be restricted while fees remain unpaid. Fees once paid are refundable only as per the school's fee and refund policy.
4. Accounts & Login
Login details for the portal and app are issued by the school to students, parents and staff. Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell the school immediately if you believe your account has been misused.
5. Acceptable Use
Use the website and portal only for genuine academic and administrative purposes. Do not try to access other people's data, upload harmful or offensive content, copy study material for sale or distribution, or disrupt the service. The school may suspend access for any misuse.
6. Content & Information
Notices, timetables, results, classes and sections and other details on this website are shared in good faith and may change without prior notice. In case of any difference, the records maintained by the school office are final. Study material, logos, photos and other content belong to DN Singh Children's Academy and may not be reused without permission.
7. Service Availability
The website and portal are run on the EzSchools platform. We try to keep them available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and DN Singh Children's Academy is not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime, network issues or events beyond its control.
8. Changes & Governing Law
The school may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the school is located.
